this pc will run all games at well over 60fps and the monitor is also high refresh rate which means it can take advantage of the extra performance. This cpu has 8cores and 16 threads, so it will stream and game without breaking a sweat, but I do recommend using the nvenc encoder on the gpu to stream. No need to overclock anything. The entire build is black with customizable lighting. You do not need to pay for windows to use it and as for a webcam, just get any random cheap webcam and get a proper camera once you have the viewership to justify a purchase like that. What is better than even a 200$ webcam is the rear camera your phone or the front camera if you have a flagship phone like the new iphone or samsung device.

I went with intel because the 10700f is cheaper than the 3700x and provides more performance. The 10700f is not overclockable, but with modern chips there isn’t much point to overclocking.
