Maybe you can try an electrostatic capacitive keyboard branch called NIZ Plum, which is a well-known keyboard branch from China, you can buy it click this(https://www.amazon.com/EPOMAKER-Electro-Capacitive-Without-Bluetooth-Keyboard/dp/B087LYPKWD/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=NIZ+Plum&qid=1639586607&sr=8-3). You can search the branch in Taobao which has more Niz keyboards.
I think it’s better than HHKB and Realforce.
And I don’t recommend any mouse but an Apple trackpad.

This keyboard has the lightest switches I’ve seen. Your hand strength being what it is, spring-swapping will be a non-starter; it takes some effort to get switches apart, even with a switch opener.

You could also go with Cherry/Gateron Reds and big tall double-shot keycaps (think SA or MT3 profile). The slight extra weight on the caps reduces the apparent stiffness of the springs ever so slightly IMHO.

But I’d go with that Niz board. 35g, man. That’s LIGHT.

So I just bought the Niz Plum X87 for my first real premium keyboard. Loving it so far, no complaints. But there is a small white button between the ESC and F1 keys that I’m not sure what its for. You can see it in the pictures but I didn’t even notice it until the keyboard arrived. It’s clearly a toggle for something as it turns on and off a small red LED nearby. Just not sure what it’s toggling. Any guesses?
