Thanks! It’s a 65% keyboard – GK68. Not sure if I’ll keep it though, I’ve had some random issues with it regarding Bluetooth but also even in wired mode. Just has random disconnects and whatnot.

Yep, been pulling from top/bottom. Sometimes the bottom part comes out first and top is still attached to the board. So I push it back in and try again.

I even ask my partner to try pulling the switches, still didn’t work.

Like the others mentioned here, maybe it’s a defective or fake board, because Amazon 😐 I did try to wiggle it softly and gently and I don’t have much strength anyway.
