I agree with SpaceCatFromSpace’s comment.
Buy a water filter and then descale your kettle. ONLY use filtered water in your kettle, and you’ll be just fine. Another option is a mesh anti-scale ball.
With that said I have compared regular Yorkshire Tea and the ‘For Hard Water’ version of their tea. I was left with the impression that unless you live in a house with old pipes full of limescale, then the ‘For Hard Water’ kind is overkill. Yorkshire Tea’s regular brand itself makes noticeably better tea in very hard water.
