I would actually disagree with the comment. Does the OP like the sound of the setup? That’s all that matters. Could it be better. Yes. It could always be better. But you just end up chasing gear for incremental benefits.

While investing in albums gives the OP enjoyment by listening to music he likes.

If you are looking for simple upgrades. I do agree that the speakers would probably be better on a stand. I got the ECHOGEAR Universal Floor Speaker Stands from Amazon and they work great. I did put some poster wall putty to hold them down on the platform.

Also, you’ll probably improve the sound of you can move them farther apart.

Lastly the LP120 is great since you can change the cartridge easily.

I bought these stands from Amazon because they had great cable management.

I also stuck some 3M velcro command strips on the bottom of the speakers to Roomba-proof them.
