Oh I’m sorry! Do they not sell simple products on amazon? In that case the cleanser I found that worked well was this one;

Avene Tolerance Extreme Cleansing Lotion 200ml https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B002D48QVG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_QC19HP017R2EG33VXBKP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Only a few ingredients including squalane, and nothing comegenic either. This is good for dry skin acne prone skin. Can you get this one in Greece?

I have extremely reactive skin and a broken moisture barrier, so almost everything other than water causes painful flares. I can’t use oils or cleansers and it took me years to find a few things that I can reliably use without issues.

Micellar water is a very effective makeup remover. Just be sure to rinse it off after using it! Not rinsing it off can cause major flares. Bioderma Sensibo is okay, but there are probably better products on the market that I haven’t tried yet.

Also Avene Tolerance Extreme Emulsion is the only moisturizer I’ve been able to use in years without flaring, and I just found out the Avene Tolerance Extreme Cleansing Lotion is supposed to be able to used in its place (it’s a leave-on moisturizing “cleanser” and you get around four times as much product for the same price as the emulsion, and there’s only one different ingredient, which is a skin-safe thickening agent). I haven’t tried the cleansing lotion yet, but I plan on trying it once my current tube of emulsion starts getting low. They have a couple cleansing lotions, but you want the one with only 7 ingredients: https://www.amazon.com/Eau-Thermale-Av%C3%A8ne-Tol%C3%A9rance-Cleansing/dp/B002D48QVG?ref\_=ast\_sto\_dp

Azelaic Acid from The Ordinary is also amazing at helping to calm down flares.

Aside from those products, I only use water for washing and misting.

Have you tried Avene Tolerance Extreme Cleansing Lotion? I find that it’s very gentle on my skin.

Alternatively, maybe you just need to step away from traditional cleansers and use an oil-based one like Hada Labo’s Cleansing Oil.

Personally, body wash was causing mine. I now only use cleanser on my pits, feet, groin, and butt. Acne is gone.

My skin is very reactive in general. I use Eau Thermale Avène Tolérance… https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002D48QVG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share on my face and rinse with distilled water in a spray bottle.

Moisturiser is this: Eau Thermale Avene Tolérance… https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01B8OSBZM?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I also use Paula’s Choice 8% AHA every other night as the cream cleanser isn’t the best at exfoliating my skin.

Curology every night (tret .04%, azelaic acid, zinc pyrithione)

Less is more in my case. Hope this helps.
