You are an amazing person who wants to help alleviate suffering. From the community, and especially a member, thank you. That means a ton. Everyone with chronic pain is different. You need to ask them what hurts and when and how to resolve it. I need a pillow for lumbar support. My MIL gave me (I consider it a loan as it was one of her fun possessions that she acquired while living in Japan for a couple of years) her prized croissant pillow for lumbar support. Now I need to buy one. But, that was a very nice gesture of support from someone whose relationship has been rocky because her daughter and I eloped.
