Technically yes you can. Just don’t expect them to still fit the jewelry in the morning. They will either swell up or start to heal up. I made that mistake then had to have my piercer shove jewelry back in my triple forward helix. Not fun. I don’t recommend doing it. I’d get a travel pillow or round pillow (they have them on Amazon) with a open hole in the center.
