I recommend staying away from Linux since game support isn’t perfect right now and you may have to download additional software to get games to run so it may become complicated for Windows if you can get it onto a USB and install it from there you can activate it for 15$ instead of a 100 or you can just live with it unactivated with a watermark if you can get a bit extra money I recommend getting an 11600k or 5600x(change the motherboard to b550 a pro if you are going that route) if you have any questions feel free to ask
