Yes, I can recommend the pair I use. For me it seems that my visual snow got much better when I started using them. If I was to stop using them for a day or two my visual snow would come back stronger. A side note about the top comment, that program is not all you need. After using the program I realized there is no filter for blue light during the day lol.
