I can recommend the Ducky One 2 Mini with silent Cherry MX reds for you, although this will most likely be more expensive than just building it yourself, at least this specific model will be at this moment.

Ducky One 2 Mini for $125: https://www.amazon.com/Ducky-Double-Mechanical-Keyboard-Cherry/dp/B07SYJ6S5F/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=ducky+one+2+mini&qid=1606211490&sr=8-2
Or go the custom route
GK61x Barebones kit for $67: https://www.amazon.com/Independent-Mechanical-Keyboard-Plastic-Aluminum/dp/B07JVMBMNK/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=gk61x&qid=1606211673&sr=8-3
Gateron Silent Red/Black switches $38 for 10 orders @ $0.38 per switch excluding shipping: https://kbdfans.com/collections/gateron-swithes/products/pre-orderkbdfans-exclusive-gateron-silent-switch-red-brown-blak?variant=7297594589242
The GK61x barebones kit is pre assembled, all you’d have to do is pop the switches in since it’s hotswap. It’s like extremely basic lego building. And you’d get the added benefit of being able to upgrade switches/tinker with the stabilizers or other keyboard things down the line.

Edit: Here is another keyboard with silent switches, similarily priced but its tenkeyless: https://www.amazon.com/Durgod-Taurus-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B07QK16RDQ/ref=sr_1_4?crid=16OB7VQ94HPNJ&dchild=1&keywords=60%25+keyboard+silent&qid=1606211925&sprefix=60%25+keyboard+silen%2Caps%2C167&sr=8-4
