There’s a lot you can do with prebuilts in that territory, and if you’re using clicky switches you can honestly gain a -lot- of ground sound-wise by switch to cherry/gateron reds or browns which are standard in a lot of prebuilt boards.

This is a little outside your budget but would have a feel similar to what you have and be much quieter.

I would encourage you to also listen to different switch types on youtube and see what you like. Look up gateron or cherry reds and browns to start as those are pretty widely available. You could also try looking up silent switched varieties like zilents, aliaz silent tactiles, or boba u4 silent tactiles.
