Hey! Not sure if you are new, but the term used for saying without soldering is called hot-swap. I found this for you though… https://www.amazon.com/Drop-ALT-Mechanical-Keyboard-Programmable/dp/B081BDKQS1. No idea what the price is…the brand selling is super annoying and hides prices to anyone but members. Try to search up how much it costs..With this board you should (not 100% sure, sorry. I haven’t researched enough on this one) be able to plop the switches in, like you wanted. I think you might need a special tool, though. Also you mentioned wanting white? Sorry that the keycaps are not white but if you want, you can buy them separately
