I used this for 6 years without issues. Only replaced it because its yellowed color elicits dispair. However, some brands like this change a lot over the years, I think my roommate bought one and it was different than what I got.

I switched to this one recently because, out of hubris, I wanted to see if there was something better than perfect. Once I got used to it, I have had no issues. It’s super thick and soft, maybe a little too thick for most people, but for sleeping on my side at 6’2″ and 230lb it works for me.

I would recommend to anyone reading this to simply take the pillow out from under your head if you’re sleeping on your back. It’s not necessary, and honestly I’m pretty sure it’s worse for your neck. I say this having recently been stuck in bed for months and having had the chance to try a lot of positions.
