If you start producing a product just to stop producing it right after, it goes against the main pillar of “having everything in stock” . So if we don’t think we can do something for the time being, we prefer not to do it instead of just going halfway.
The PBT keycaps for the hades were being sold around $19 including shipping for a couple of months, before being available on amazon USA ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B089W82BZX ) , for which we still give a manual discount for any “early buyer” of the hades.
