Like you, my skin seems to hate LRP (though I did use their cream cleanser in the beforetimes and it was fine. But I don’t think my skin likes their moisturizers…
I always used the serum as my only moisturizer and it really changed my skin- the whole line, really. I’m so GD paranoid about trying anything new on my face and used cerave in the tub for the last couple of days – after nothing for like 6 weeks- and idk. My skin is hot. Today I put nothing on it and just now applied a little of the calm serum on my chin to see how it goes.
I’m REALLY dying to get back to the whole calm line, I love it so much…I just ordered the moisturizer you use to give that a try. Also ordered this:

I also love the calm water gel moisturizer- have you tried that one? It’s SO light and I love the gel formula. I think that’s what I’m learning- that my skin prefers gel/ light formulas as opposed to thick, occlusive creams- despite what we read about products that are necessary to rebuild the skin barrier. Heavy oils in creams just don’t work for everyone!
