I got this Cuisinart set on Black Friday weekend for $125 but the price has gone back up a bit. It’s triple ply with riveted handles and I’d consider it as good as All Clad in my hands-on experience using both brands.

I got mine from Amazon, not sure who else sells them. The sets are a little different from when I got them but they have a pretty nice 12-piece set listed. That one doesn’t explicitly say “MultiClad Pro” but looks almost identical to the ones I have and are 3-ply just like mine.

Cuisinart Tri Ply.

Get the steamer insert if you can afford it later.
Ex line cook, often asked to help friends during their events/gatherings. Many of my friends have All Clad. It looks great.
I have the Cuisinart Tri Ply, and purchased the same for others.
There’s no appreciable difference in performance in real life consumer situations.

I wouldn’t get the all non-stick b/c non-stick eventually wears off. If you want non-stick, just get 1 non-stick pan for eggs. BTW, it’s weird that the stainless set that includes the non-stick is called “Forever Stainless…” and it’s otherwise the same as the other all stainless set.
Also, these pans look like they just have a disc at the bottom vs being fully clad all the way up the sides. Fully clad is generally better. Cusinart also makes fully clad pans like these https://www.amazon.com/Cuisinart-TPS-10-Tri-ply-Stainless-Cookware/dp/B07BRC15QF?th=1 Somehow the 10 piece set is cheaper than the 7 piece set.
If you really want to save money, I’d suggest just getting 3 pieces: a 12″ cast iron/carbon steel pan, a 4qt stainless sauce pan, and a 7 qt cast iron dutch oven. I’m able to do 90% of my cooking on these 3 pieces and you can get them all total for around $100 (maybe a bit more) at discount stores (12″ Lodge, and Cuisinart for the other 2).
But in the end, whatever makes you happy is what’s most important.
