What is the opinion of Reddit about the
Cuisinart Premium 72-Ounce Single-Serve Coffemaker, Stainless Steel, 72 Oz, Silver?

If you recently purchased it, then you should just return it for a full refund. It’s probably defective. Using k-cup machines is supposed to be pretty much fool-resistant. Exploding cups with a huge mess of coffee grounds everywhere defeats the whole purpose.

I bought this Cuisinart model 4 years ago for a family member and it gets used for at least 2 k-cups every day. Never a problem. I think it’s better than the Instant Pod in many ways, with a larger 72 oz removable water reservoir on the side for easier refilling. It also comes with a pod container for using regular ground coffee, with a pop-open storage bin for it on the side so it doesn’t get lost so easily. You can use regular ground coffee with it when you have the extra time, or k-cups when you don’t.

It never has failed to properly punch the top and bottom of the k-cups. I’ve never had a mess to clean up.

Can you return it? Buy one from another company that uses pods. I will never buy a Keurig.
