How and would you add would peptide, Niacinamide, Benzoyl Peroxide, BHA, Retinoids or Azelaic Acid?

In the wiki I saw the basic routine, and I wasn’t able to figure out if and when should I add the other materials?I forgot to mention I use sunscreen 50spf I have in my bag whenever I leave the house during the day.
