can also be found on Amazon, on sale for the same price. 🙂
disclaimer – i don’t know a lot about the keyboard price market, just happened to be looking for a new Red-switched keyboard and stumbled across the sale.

It is a Corsair K65 LUX it’s 100$ on Amazon, but be quick, it goes up to 150 very often.
Here is the link to it.

One could say they do not feel as crisp as a Cherry or Cherry clone, but I would not say they feel mushy like a membrane keyboard. I have to say they feel different but I actually like how they feel. They keystroke is very quick to register and it works very well. But really get the keyboard that feels nice to you, that is all that matters in the long run. Wish you luck, I will also say that the one thing about the keyboard that I did not like was that Romer G’s have no replacement keycaps. If you want the option of changing the keycaps, then I would recommend anything with og cherry stem or cherry clone. Corsair also has a really good warranty policy…I had a problem and they helped me really quick to fix the problem
This was my first one, well almost, the LUX was not a thing when I bought mine: https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-K65-Compact-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B01F74F00I
If you are feeling adventurous go check out the Wooting One keyboard, that one is slick! I really like it, as you can tell I am kind of a nut for mechanical keyboards.

The Redragon K552 KUMARA is excellent for the price. Cooler Master also has some closer to your max budget, and I’m seeing the Corsair K65 on sale on Amazon link

I use this Corsair compact mechanical: https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-K65-Compact-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B01F74F00I
Full-size keys, just with no numpad. Some people use that a lot, but I don’t, so I very rarely miss it–and on those rare occasions when I do, like when a game has hardcoded numpad keys (hate that!) I have a Nostromo or USB 10-key I can plug in.
It nestles perfectly into a nook in the lap desk on which I’ve mounted my X56. https://imgur.com/rSyfOSP

Corsair K65 LUX RGB was my first Mech and I still own it and love it even if I don’t use it. It only comes with reds. It is a little pricey for retail but I got mine on sale at best buy for 84 dollars. Here’s so photos I took of mine.
Check ebay for lightly used ones if price is a significant factor, they don’t have much resale value because the board isn’t even offered in browns and TKL just isn’t a popular of a go-to for people. Getting rid of a numberpad is a risky “Maybe I won’t like this”.
I liked it, never going back to full size.
Edit: realized you said you want Gaterons, NOT cherries. You can always have the fun of the modding it to be gaterons if the lighting is that important to you. There’s an online guide on how to do so, because there’s so many screws, but otherwise it’s an easy mod. Just time consuming.
Let me edit this one more time: if white is cool backlighting for you, the magicforce 68 comes with Gateron Brown switches and WHITE backlight which looks super clean IMO and is only 63 dollars.

I’m curious if anyone has suggestions for keycaps for my Corsair Lux RGB?? The default ones are fine but I’m looking for something that makes the RGB a little more obvious. I found these "shine through" caps which I like, but a couple of the keys are different sizes in this set so I’m not sure if it’s the best fit for my keyboard. Are there any better options for my specific keyboard, or any other suggestions for something similar?
