I’m a HUGE fan of memory foam pillows. Used to have chronic neck pain until I bought one of these. What I like about memory foam pillows with shredded foam, instead of the foam block pillows, is that you can easily add/remove foam to your liking and to whatever stresses your neck the least (they even recommend this and send extra foam in the box). That brand has cheaper options, too. I went with the one with the cooling gel or whatever in the foam since I run hot.

I use this Coop Home Goods shredded foam pillow. I’ve had mine since February and it is still perfect, usually I only get 6 months out of a “good” pillow.

This one is great because it is soft enough not to make my jaw hurt, but supportive enough for my neck. It squishes really well, too. And if it is too soft or too firm, it opens up and the foam can be removed or added. I use mine with a bamboo pillow case and almost never have it sleep too hot (unless I’m having other issues and then it doesn’t matter what pillow I use I’ll be too hot.)

I have a shredded foam/gel pillow which I acquired almost a month ago, and I love it. One of my favorite things is that it is adjustable, because after sleeping on it a couple weeks I think I’m going to pull a handful of filling out to make it not quite so thick and fluffy. Having said that, it is both thick and fluffy and yet soft and supportive, and so far their claim that the fabric type is cooling has been my experience (a bamboo pillowcase probably also helps.)

This pillow from Coop Home Goods via Amazon is the one I got, and although it’s kind of pricey I would absolutely buy it again if something happened to it.

Unfortunately, as much as I love their body pillow for being soft and squishy and supportive, I can’t say the same because it is HOT. I’m not sure if that’s because of the thick fabric on the cover I am using for it, and don’t have another cover handy to test. I do have and like the Pinzon body pillow from Amazon, which took a little bit to break in so it wasn’t over-stuffed, but is now super comfortable.

My favourite pillow and one I recommend to everyone is the Coop Eden and I replaced the pillow cover with a silk cover(The bamboo rayon blend cover on it is nice as well, but I prefer silk). It’s absolutely perfect for me, I feel like a king when I sleep on it. You can adjust the loft as well and the gel infused memory foam on it is the best(I’ve tried the original and the Eden is much better). It was so good I bought the travel one and replaced it with the Eden filling.

I got mine from Amazon Canada.

I have to plug my favorite pillow every time I see this question. I have the Coop Home Goods Eden pillow which is a combo foam and gel pillow. It is awesome because it is ADJUSTABLE which means if it’s too thick and fluffy, you unzip it and pull out some stuffing. If it’s not thick and fluffy enough, you get a fill pack and add some more. Plus it doesn’t sleep hot, unlike past memory foam pillows, and it is soft and supportive without being too hard for my jaw which tends to have issues. I’ve had mine for a couple months, and I toss it in the dryer on air about once per month and it’s like a brand new pillow. It’s a little bit pricey, but I love it so much that I’d buy another one in a heartbeat if my cat puked on it and ruined it. 😀
