You’re welcome! The guard doesn’t come off completely but it flips back so you can wash it and clean underneath it as long as you’re careful not to get water in the motor. They make a waterproof model as well.

It’s funny; I actually bought the double-edge because I was not happy with the edge detailing capacities of my trimmer. The razor is key to a cleanly defined edge. The trimmer itself is fantastic and I highly recommend it, though it is meant for 0.4mm to 5mm.

This will be your best friend. Also look up Leonardo DiCaprio; he’s gone for that look a few times.

I use this and its great. Most stubble trimmers are probably your best bet, use them on the shortest setting

Not OP but I’m a guy on accutane, found stubble trimmers work the best (minimal irritation). I got this one: https://www.amazon.com/ConairMAN-Ultimate-Flexhead-Razor-Sharp-Technology/dp/B00ZVBPOZE?th=1 its expensive but one of there most recommended. Else an electric shaver, you will get far less irritation than a standard razor
