For anyone interested this is the screen bar I bought, I was looking at the BenQ Screenbar Plus for ages but wasn’t willing to spend £120 on it.

This £40 one I got on Amazon is really good quality, feels solid and allows you to change brightness and temperature with a scroll wheel and button on the right end of the lamp.
