I have this one and it’s decent. Can’t recline very far but I’m otherwise pretty happy with it. Have you considered building your own chair out of a junkyard car seat? Apparently that’s a thing now. I believe you can even buy conversion kits.

This one. It’s pretty comfortable and the arms flip up. Here is the other one I have. Don’t recommend it unless your a smaller guy or gal because the seat cushion felt really short to me and slightly uncomfortable.
