This is the exact one I ordered but 32 oz is obviously overkill. I’d try a smaller amount and see how it takes to your body, should be at least a little beneficial for everyone.

They have flavored ones but I wouldn’t recommend them, as they don’t mix even in hot liquids. The unflavored is really nice in coffee or tea.
