Try derma rolling it helps tighten up your skin and drinking collagen water.
Don’t use the supplements, I use a jar of collagen powder that I mix in with my water or smoothies and I noticed a change in my skin especially my loose skin around my stomach from my c-section.

It does take 4 to 8 weeks to see results from the collagen.
The collagen powder that I currently use.

I’ve used this one on Amazon.

I’ve kind of slowed down weight loss of late and been focusing more on strength and conditioning. I run/walk 4-5 miles a day total and row 4-6 times a week depending on the week now. It’s definitely causing changes in my legs which I hadn’t seen a lot with just rowing for past 6-7 months.

So I’m on Keto too so my smoothie might be different than what you’d do.

My smoothie is:
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon macadamia nut butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
12oz almond milk unsweetened
Two spoons of lankanto monk fruit sweetener
A few Lily’s chocolate chips
1/8 tsp almond extract
2 tablespoons chia or flax seed
1 scoop collagen powder –Amazon link
About 14 ice cubes

I blend it in my Blendtec and consume for about an hour.

So for me the easiest way I do things is that I just don’t eat breakfast. I eat lunch between 1 and 2 most days and finish dinner before 7, typically done before 6ish. Then start over, everyday.

I break my fast with something high protein low fat and carb and then about half hour later do the smoothie if I’m having it. I did it a lot more at the beginning than now as now it’s a lot more of my daily caloric intake than I would like (500-800 calories depending in how much nut butter).
