What’s your price range? We bought this Circulon and it’s a really good basic starter. The large pot is good for soups & pasta. The low skillet we use for stews, etc.

We have a glass top stove and they work just fine! It’s a great brand for durability and being dishwasher friendly (though we do prefer hand washing the pots), with a stainless steel base and non stick inner.

They also do separate pieces if the sets are too many.
