Smaller-than-usual keys are difficult to do with mechanical switches – there were a couple of half-height switches, but those aren’t made any more. The closest things to your Logitech are the Cherry G80-1800 and Leopold FC980, which steal a little space from the numpad as well. There’s also the Cherry G80-11900, if you don’t mind the numpad being further up.
