I’m not sure if you have access but I had good success with Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser (make sure it says gentle cleanser because there’s another identical one that says daily face wash or something) in the shower (or once per day)
Then after rinsing that off, you’ll want to DAB your face with the towel (never rub/wipe). Once dry, I use this lotion called Cetaphil Restoraderm. I dab a tiny bit on my forehead, my right cheek, and my left cheek… Then rub in super gently with your finger, mainly to spread it. You don’t want to rub this in like you would with typical lotions, you just want it to cover every part of your face…. After it’s spread everywhere, again DAB with the towel and let it stay on. It’ll take awhile for this to help though and you won’t want to use other products either. I think I remember it first making it seem worse but then it got better about a week or so later (of doing it every day)

Also it sounds like you have a ton of products you use… That alone will cause issues/flare ups
