Dr. Bronners could definitely be doing more harm than good. Your skins natural PH is acidic (around 5.5) and Castille Soap is around 8 or 9! Using really alkaline soaps on skin can really mess up your skins natural microbiome. I would highly recommend using something like Cetaphil’s Acne Face Wash and Moisturizer. They can both be found at Walmart, a pharmacy, or on Amazon and are fairly inexpensive and contain salicylic acid to gently exfoliate your face and deal with oiliness while still hydrating the skin. That way you’re not stripping your skin and getting some inexpensive products that are designed for acne prone and oily skin.
