I have a Backjoy seat cushion for my car, I believe this one. It’s pretty pricey compared to a lot of their other models, but I’ve had good results with it. I drive for Doordash part time & it keeps me from being in agony after a few hours in the car.

I don’t remember exactly what neck cushion I have, but this looks pretty similar. The adjustability is great bc I can get more or less pressure wherever I need it.
