I have a kensington EM and enjoy it after testing a few different button configurations. The wheel seems to need to be broken in but I totally understand people finding it annoying. I would actually suggest OP find an AHK script to turn right mouse down and mouse move into a scroll and right mouse up without a mouse move into a regular right click. I’m not a great programmer but I’m creative enough to find something “close enough” and tweak it. If that is, OP wants to try it.

It took me awhile to really admit I might have an RSI, but I recently turned everything ergonomic in my world. Small keyboard with the EM, adjustable desk, (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004MTNNSQ/ $50 atm) stretch more, use AHK to turn my “media keys” into mouse clicks and a having different style of mouse at work. I’m very early in the full change but I think I’m beating my RSI.
