Probably these Bucky ones. I haven’t seen them at Winners for a long time unfortunately. I buy a couple on Amazon to get the free shipping, since they don’t last forever anyways.

I know quite a few people use a buff for all of those things, very versitle.

I use the this one:

This particular one falls apart after 1-6 months but love how comfortable it is so I deal with it.. often just getting a new one sent to me from Amazon if I’m in the USA.

I started using the most amazing sleep mask. Blocks ALL light and zero pressure on my eyes. Combined with tight-fitting ear plugs (for swimmers) I sleep amazingly well every night! I dream almost every night now, a sign of REM sleep. (Not selling anything. I don’t own stock in the company.)

I was thinking of buying practical stuff on Amazon (since canadian amazon is rather limited or pricey) and buying fun stuff somewhere else like Etsy but I just don’t know what to get

also if you ever want a good sleep mask

is the most comfortable one I’ve ever tried blocks out 100% of the light for me personally, wish I really appreciate if I’m trying to sleep on a train or plane!

I was never able to sleep on long flights until I got one of these contoured sleeping masks. It’ll look like you’re wearing a tiny bra on your face, but they do an amazing job of blocking out the light. My advice: try putting this on around what would be bedtime in the new time zone and keep it on for as long as you can stand it, whether you end up falling asleep or not. Exposing yourself to light during “daylight hours” in the new time zone and keeping things dark during “nighttime hours” will do a world of good.

I have a sleep mask I bought for sleep, but it would be perfect for that purpose, yeah.

It’s called the “Bucky 40 Blinks Sleep Mask” ( http://www.amazon.com/Bucky-Blinks-Mask-Ultralight-Black/dp/B000WNX21Y ). I bought mine on eBay.

It’s molded – so it’s not pressing on the eyes and it seals around them pretty nicely.
