I would recommend from personal experience, the bose quiet comfort 35 ii, the list price is closer to he 300 but if you keep an eye open there’s big big discounts from time to time, i payed closer to 220 for mine. As I wrote this on amazon they are 189 usd
bluetooth works nice with good range, the app allows you to personalize a few things (I mostly don’t use it honestly), it also comes with a cable which allows to use it with the ps4, airplanes, or any other 3.5mm jack devices, and of course the noise cancelling is super nice and you can change the level of it.

I use these and they have 3 noise cancelling modes. I live in a noisy neighbourhood so I can attest to the fact that they work.

They are a bit pricier than I wanted but they are alexa and google assistant enabled (yes, wirelessly and through the headset itself). They have no dongle, all bluetooth. Can be ocnnected to multiple devices at once so you just hit a button and switch between them. Best headphones I’ve ever owned. I also have the bose earbuds (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0748G1QLP/ref=twister_B074F3YW3R?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) and I’ve had them for 3 years with no problems.
