I also bought this on amazon and spend 10 minutes laying on it in the morning and 10 minutes before bed. It truly is magical for stretching out the neck d relaxing the muscles:

I tried everything. I purchased a $600 specialty made mouth guard from my dentist, it wasn’t that great (then my dog chewed it up one day). The only thing that truly helped was working out to strengthen my back and neck, working on my posture (this one is huge), getting the correct pillow, and doing those stretches
