Does anyone have a collapsible bench they would recommend? I’m looking at this one

I would love for it to fold up flat so it doesn’t take up space in my living room

I have the Powerline PFID125X. It’ll do all of the things you mentioned. I’ll add the amazon link to it but you can also get it from eBay for less with free shipping and no taxes depending on your state. I ended up buying it on eBay and it’s been great.

I’ve had this one for a few years and absolutely love it.

It’s very sturdy and folds flat enough to just prop up in a closet or slide under a bed.

It’s great for bench press, the spotter stands have helped me out when I’ve failed a press. Those stands are too high for declines, though.

This is the bench I use:

It’s not the best in the world but it was affordable, I have no real complaints.

This is the one I bought. Got a slightly used one on eBay for 200.

Squat stands can be moved around pretty easily and some can even be ‘nested’.

There are some fold away benches, but you wouldn’t want to go very heavy with them. Not the best bang for your buck, but good portability. 500 lb capacity with user.

For dumbbells look at bowflex, powerblock or iron master adjustable.

You can get shorty bars if you want and also crash pads to soften the weight landing for deadlifts, cleans, etc.

There is a lot you can do with bands and/or a weight vest.
