Get bluetooth around-ear head phones instead. They’re stable, comfortable, and they isolate sound. You don’t have to worry about being distracted – it’ll completely immerse you in your music.

I use these and I really can’t picture myself going back to anything else – not airpods or even my ATH M50s. Any decentish pair will do though, just make sure they seal around the ear.
