It might be possible to just grab a large sized arm cuff and use it with your existing machine.

Just make sure the tubing is compatible. If you want an example of a whole new system there’s a line named greater good that seems fine. I’ve had no problems with the machine or the app. As long as it’s Bluetooth compatible and has an iOS app that can write to Apple Health it should work.
