Biotene mouthwash works well, #1 focus should be hydration though.

My rheumatologist has been hesitant to put me on meds because my dry mouth isn’t too bad yet. But she does have me using Biotene before bed every night and once I wake up every morning. I’ve also added a humidifier to my room and moved my normal bedroom fan a little further way so that the air is still moving near me, but its not blowing in my face.

Your case seems a lot more advanced than mine, so definitely talk to your rheumatologist.
