I’ve heard the Encore can easily be modded to work really well for espresso, and it’s fantastic for other home brews, especially as your first grinder! That being said, I’d definitely ask the subreddit for grinder suggestions as my experience is fairly narrow.

The way forward

Personally I don’t think you can find a better cup of coffee than a good French blend made in a Moka Pot.

I think Bialetti Moka Pots have a lifetime guarantee but don’t quote me on that. I’ve never heard of anyone ever having to buy a second moka pot Bialetti or otherwise.
