I don’t have any suggestions on the back massager because the one I got was a gift I received a long time ago.

I doubt any in-home massages are you would be interested in getting would be dangerous for her besides she’s also not using it on her belly. I would say if you get her back massager get one that also heats up because warmth on the lower back during a massage is exceptionally helpful for back pain
