BeoPlay H9 3rd gen or BeoPlay H9i.
If you have unlimited money buy the BeoPlay H9 3rd gen. They are $500 but sound better than other anc headphones.
What I recommend is BeoPlay H9is. About $250 on amazon (they are the predecessor to the h9 3rd gen and are basically the same). Decent ANC, amazing sound, usb c, removable and replacable battery and earpads, amazing build quality and design, etc.

P7 wireless. Not ANC but sounds better than anything that is. Actually maybe these babies used like new off amazon

Bang & Olufsen H9i would fit your budget. You get better audio and anc quality. You can full blast the volume and not hear a single distortion while listening to audio. However, it will cost you $500. You might be able to find one for less on Amazon.
