Hmm that one isn’t on the recall list.
We use Baby D Drops brand (amazon link), you just need one drop instead of 1mL syringe. I usually just put a drop on my finger and rub it on LO’s gum line, but sometimes I’ll apply to my nipple before breastfeeding.

I use the [Baby Ddrops® 400 IU 90 Drops (0.08 Fl Oz) – Liquid Vitamin D3 Drops Supplement for Infants https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003CT36NE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_XETFHDZYETH4YM8DEDVG](babyd) drops from Amazon. I like that it’s literally one small drop instead of having to fill a syringe.

Yes! I read about these in baby books, but our ped never said anything. We were reviewing a doctor’s note and it said to give the drops! We asked next visit and they said “yeah, nobody discussed that with you?” So it sounds like it’s the standard recommendation, but may sometimes get lost.
We started on the same drops you’re talking about. They are the worst. Our lactation consultant told us to switch to these small clear drops: Baby Ddrops® 400 IU 90 Drops (0.08 Fl Oz) – Liquid Vitamin D3 Drops Supplement for Infants https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003CT36NE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_CZPB7HE8PASNJXCRKHEV
Much better/easier and they don’t stink!

This is the Vitamin D I use. This is the iron supplement I used. Hope this helps!

My pediatrician gave us samples for Baby Ddrops https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003CT36NE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_4ZxGzbSWHDXF2 which is the same; just one drop per day. I dispense a drop onto my (clean) finger and rub it along LO’s gums and tongue. Easy!

I think you can still just use the infant drops? Like these.

My pediatrician gave me a sample of Baby D drops and recommended buying more off amazon which is what I’ve been doing.
