It looks like this Azio keyboard, but there are some slight differences in the font based on the renders that are shown on Amazon.

I looked into both and I dont think they are backlit. I was thinking maybe the Corsair K70 but I want to make sure there are no other options. I found this (https://www.amazon.com/Azio-Mechanical-Keyboard-K-Switch-MK-MAC-U01/dp/B01LP3P834/ref=s9_cartx_gw_g147_i1_r?_encoding=UTF8&fpl=fresh&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=&pf_rd_r=R2F840KPPE50JWJ4CW2S&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=1cded295…) and is exactly what I want except it uses Kalih switches which I’ve heard are bad and I dont know how much trouble it would be to replace the switches.

Which one? I have a great one which lights up in interesting ways.

I do sometimes find it too loud when typing at night when others are asleep though.

You can easily use Karabiner Elements with your current board to make the F-row prioritize the Mac functions, and then use Fn to make them act like actual F-keys—just like how a (non-touchbar) Macbook keyboard works—using the “Function Keys” tab.

If you also want legends that will match, you can order a custom cap set from [WASD Keyboards](wasdkeyboards.com) and choose Mac modifiers and function keys, and then just put those on your current board.

If you just want another board altogether, there are some good options for Mac:
