I recommend this bundle with Audio Technica ATH-M50x with Antlion modmic https://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATH-M50x-Professional-Studio-Headphone/dp/B01CUVFU0Q/ref=sr_1_19?ie=UTF8&qid=1485663474&sr=8-19&keywords=m50x This is what I use and love it! If you want something a little cheaper you can downgrade to the m40x which are $80 and modmic $50. The great thing about these headphones is their detachable cable. If the cable goes out you can just replace it instead of buying a new set of headphones! Though if you want something under $100 go for the HyperX Clouds.

Why would you even use a monitor’s built in speakers…. ew.
And no, most people here don’t use them, we generally use either headsets or nice headphones like the Audio Technica M50, M50X, or any other pair of headphones or even speakers we can get ahold of.
