it’s called an Aviator cable in the mech keyboard community. I make some myself but you can also buy them from amazon. You can get more customised ones but they cost more. Amazon is probalvy the cheapest most realable you can get.

The cable is the Hennessey from Space Cables but I got the panda when I bought a cable from Asceny of Amazon
