I use this product: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B016XB280Y and although it took awhile it did regrow some of my hair back. What is strange is I was thinning at the front of my hair line on both sides and it only regrew on one side, but I will take what I can get. It also seemed to help with my bald spot in the back. Don’t expect miracles but it did regrow some of my hair back. I use it about 3 times a week. The stuff also lasts a long time. I bought it over a year ago and still have half a bottle left and this is with my kids using it for awhile thinking it was regular shampoo. Oh yeah, only use it where you want to regrow hair, which for me is the top and front of my head. At first I was using it on all of my hair and the hair that is not receding started growing a lot faster so I now use regular shampoo for that.
