I chose the black polished metal frame because it allows specific messages for medication taking which is what I need and has up to 5 alarms. Some of the other “color” options aren’t the exact same so be sure to check before purchasing so it fits your needs better. The one I have only has no message or medication related alarms. The other type available I think has 3 general alarms.
