anything with benzoyl peroxide!! (usually acne wash) what you wanna do is apply it to the target areas and leave the LPS out in the sun all day long. the hotter outside it is the better but this has worked for me even when it wasn’t hot out. the important thing is sunlight. here is a link to the one i used! i came across it from a youtuber who used this method and it has proven good results!!

I just bought an Amazon brand knock off ‘Solimo’. It has the same ingredients and the directions / warnings are almost copied word for word.

For sure, this is the one I use:

If you have a Walmart nearby, I believe their generic is cheaper there (Amazon brand went up in price).

I also recommend getting this instead of the original scrubby thing I recommended (if you also have body acne/rough skin from insulin resistance):

It feels much gentler than the previous scrubber i recommended, and it just sloughs skin right the fuck off. My skin has NEVER been this soft and I have noticed that I have less body acne and less discoloration after using it. The trick is to let the shower water soften your skin for about 10min (very important), then use the glove in a circular or back and forth motion. Your bathtub will be disgusting but your skin will look & feel SO GOOD. Still finish it off with the vanicream or a lotion of your choice, and only use it 1-2 times a week and be gentle! I have used exfoliating gloves from target/Walmart and they barely did anything and I had to scrub pretty hard, this one barely needs friction and takes off a crazy amount.

Hope this helps!

My rosacea has looked like this in the past and is pretty much completely under control (for now, we all know how quickly the tides can change). The antibiotic is crucial (and I hate it). I also do this :

– BP wash (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QH3DBDV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 – so cheap!)
– metroNIDAZOLE (METROCREAM) 0.75 % cream
– sulfacetamide sodium-sulfur 10-5 % (w/w) clsr; Wash face nightly
– tretinoin cream

I’ve had this exact problem for months and I figured it out recently, right now the redness and bumps there are leaving quite quickly actually

I used this https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Brand-Cleanser-Strength-Medication/dp/B07QH3DBDV/ref=sr_1_9?dchild=1&keywords=benzoyl+peroxide+face+wash&qid=1622877286&sr=8-9 and absolutely SLATHERED IT on my red spots and acne, I’m talking like getting gloops and gloops of it on the spots. Afterwards, I would sleep with the wet, horrible, disgusting gloops of the cleanser for the whole night (you can’t sleep on your side or your stomach). When I wake up, I would usually just leave it on throughout the day unless I had to go somewhere.

I know this sounds really strange and weird but its working out great for me. One thing I noticed is that my skin is become WAY dryer than the skin on the rest of my face, I am planning to moisturize and use Vaseline after my redness and bumps are gone.

The cleanser is super cheap, give it a shot!
