The issue with GK61x is that the PCB is GH60 compatible (a standard “universal” 60% ANSI layout) but the stock GK61x plate is not. You need a plate that is both GH60 compatible for the Tofu case and the plate must support plate mount stabilizers

I am very new and want to make a first build that is 60% and I can use for a long time and use different switches, please let me know if there are other parts that you would recommend and if all the parts work together.

Any 60% ansi plate can mount onto the pcb, but because it only supports 3 screw in pcb stabs (right shift/ space bar/ backspace) you can only opt for a plate that supports plate stabilizers.
